(WA, SA and NT metro customers please allow up to 3 business days for delivery, NZ metro customers please allow up to 4 business days for delivery)

** Must order before 12pm on the 21st of December to guarantee delivery before Christmas. (WA, SA and NT metro customers please order before 12pm on the 20th of December to guarantee delivery before Christmas, NZ metro customers please order before 12pm on the 19th of December to guarantee delivery before Christmas)

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS THAT ARE OVER $100

 

Order under $100 Under 500g = $7.95

Order under $100 Over 500g = $12.95

 

New Zealand

0 > 2kg = $15

2 > 2.5kg = $16.98

2.5 > 3kg = $18.96

3 > 3.5kg = $20.94

3.5 > 4kg = $22.92

4kg + = $25

 

International

$25 flat fee

 

Australia

Orders received by 12pm Brisbane Time will have a guaranteed next business day delivery to most major cities in Australia.

Where this is not applicable, orders will generally take between 2-5 business days.

 

New Zealand

2-5 business days.

All shipping to NZ is through Australia Post via New Zealand Post.

 

International
Delivery times for international orders can take anywhere between 2-10 business days.

To ensure speedy delivery for any international orders (outside of NZ) we would highly recommend any purchases to be made via Paypal.

Please note, the above quoted delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

All products are sent brand new.  Urban Wear is not responsible for damaged goods that take place in transit to your delivery address.

 

Taxes

If applicable, all customs taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer.

Orders that incur customs taxes are payable only by the customer on arrival of goods.

 

RETURNS

 

Australian Customers

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for an immediate exchange.

Item(s) must be in brand new condition with all price tags and branding stickers in place.

 

Please call 1300 707 007 or email warehouse@urbanwearonline.com.au so we can provide you with a Free Return Postage label.

 

Once the return item(s) are received we will give you a call to discuss a substitute. If you are unreachable via phone we will then email you.

 

International Customers

Return the item along with your receipt to:

We offer refunds for faulty items.

 

Order Verification Process

 

Australia and New Zealand

All first time Credit Card orders over $200 will require authentication. We will simultaneously charge and refund a small amount, which you are then required to verify by checking your bank statement and communicating the amount charged. If you are unreachable via phone, we will shoot you a text and or email with these instructions.

 

Note: We do multiple daily random verification checks on new customers placing orders under the value of $200.

 

All first time orders shipping to a PO Box will be required to provide ID verification prior to the order being shipped. If you are unreachable via phone an email will be sent with verification instructions.

 

International (excluding NZ)

All Credit Card orders received from outside Australia will require authentication. An email will be sent with verification instructions.
