Free shipping for all Orders over $100

Order under $100 Under 500g = $7.95

Order under $100 Over 500g = $12.95

Orders received by 11 am Brisbane Time same-day dispatch.

Any orders placed on a Friday after 11am, This will be dispatched out on the next following business day.

Where this is not applicable, orders will generally take between 2-7 business days.

NEW ZEALAND

All Shipping to New Zealand is through Australia Post via New Zealand Post.

Delivery times for NZ Orders is 7 -14 business days.

Any orders placed on a Friday after 11am, This will be dispatched out on the next following business day.

INTERNATIONAL

All International Shipping is through Australia Post via USPS, China Post etc.

International orders can take anywhere between 10 - 20 business days.

Shipping is a $25 Flat Fee.

- Please note, the above quoted delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

- All products are sent brand new. Urban Wear is not responsible for damaged goods that take place in transit to your delivery address.

 

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their order. If the address has been entered wrong and Urban Wear has not been informed before the parcel has been delivered, Urban Wear will not reimburse you for this package

TAXES

If applicable, all customs taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer.

Orders that incur customs taxes are payable only by the customer on arrival of goods.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within its 100 day order date for an immediate exchange or a store credit (excluding shipping) that last up to 3 Years.

• All item(s) must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed with all price tags/branding stickers and shoes must be with its original shoebox.

• If you have purchased through "Buy now, pay later instalments (Afterpay, Zippay and Laybuy) the returns process is the same as above. If a store credit is issued your payment plan will continue.

 

Excluded Goods:

 

Returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
• Earrings, Underwear, Facemask's, Gift cards, Swimwear and Footwear without boxes.

Urban Wear has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, your return will be rejected and sent back to you

HOW DO I LODGE MY RETURN?

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number #50***** and email address
3. Select the return method exchange or store credit.
4. Your Return Request will be sent to returns team for approval.
5. Once approved you will receive the steps on how to return your items back to us via email
6. Please note Urban Wear covers the cost of return postage for Australian Customers only.
(International Customers are to cover the cost of Return postage)
